Why is Madrid a great place to live?

EBC’s TEFL course Madrid Spain staff all wish you a warm welcome.

Madrid is the best place to find TEFL jobs in Spain.

Madrid has a terrific night life for those of you who like to let your hair down after a hard days work, but it is also a great city for the arts, culture, history and sport.

Madrid is the capital of Spain and is located almost in the dead centre of the Iberian peninsula. It is the highest European capital, sitting some 646 metres (roughly 2,200 feet) above sea level and has a population of over three million. Madrid is a fairly cosmopolitan city but still retains a very Spanish outlook on life.

It is characterized by intense cultural and artistic activity and a very lively night-life or more than often lively early morning life. The Spanish even have a verb for it: “madrugar” which means to stay out partying all night and get home at 7 or 8 the following morning.

Madrid is certainly the place to immerse yourself in Spanish culture as there is plenty of intellectual stimulation available at some of the best museums in Europe like the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemizsa.

If you want to sharpen your Spanish language skills then Madrid is the place as not many Madrileños speak English. Madrid, the Spanish capital and the business and financial center of Spain.

I am not from the European Union, can I attend?

EBC’s TEFL course Madrid Spain programme is unrivalled in Madrid.

It has never been easier for anyone who does not have a European Union passport to come to Spain, to study and stay legally while learning. If you do not have a European Union passport, no problem. Our Gold and Road2Spain packages are recommended as ideal options for our non-European Union students.

Our Gold and Road2Spain packages are designed specifically for anyone who does not have a European Union passport. We offer a Road2Spain total study programme for anyone who wants a trouble free stay in Spain.

Whatever your reason may be: a gap year, career change, stuck for a decent paying job back home or, like many of our students, you want some adventure in your life, EBC’s Road2Spain programme may well be what you are looking for.

Road2Spain is a 4 week TEFL course (accommodation included) plus a one year Spanish language program that includes a student visa. Road2Spain teaches you Spanish and gives you world-class, professional TEFL training that will establish you as an English as a foreign language teacher in both TEFL and TESOL classroom environments. You will not find an eqivalent programme in Madrid that can beat us on quality and price.

Will I get a job after I complete the course?

Getting around Madrid

Central Madrid is a great place to tour on foot, but like all capital cities it is quite large, so if you want to go further afield use the public transport. The best value ticket is called the “METROBUS” which gives you 10 one way trips on either the subway/underground or public buses.

Public transport in Madrid is both clean and safe, however it shuts down around midnight (apart from a few night buses) so any travel after that is either on foot or in a taxi.

You can easily get to our TEFL course Madrid Spain programme training centre by either Metro or bus.
